1. Perishable Products
Due to the nature of our products, cake cans and dessert products are classified as perishable food items.
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
2. Order Cancellations
More Than 12 Hours Before Delivery
Orders cancelled more than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a full refund.
Within 12 Hours of Delivery
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery date may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients, preparation and production may have already begun.
3. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives:

- Incomplete
- Missing items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, we may request:

- Photographs of the product
- Details of the issue
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial refund
